Produced on our farm from wood harvested from our own woodlands and other local woodlands that we manage with the help of our working horses. Completely free of chemicals, made using traditional methods, keeping rural skills alive. 
 
Our charcoal burns hot, you don't need as much as commercial charcoal. It can be lit with paper and is ready to use within 10-20 minutes. It produces minimal smoke and gives the food a lovely flavour.
